Classes
Pasta
We make pasta dough from start to finish! While it rests, we will make pasta sauce(s), including tomato, Alfredo and fresh pesto. There is a ravioli class as well for filled pasta and utilizing Woodstock Creamery's Ricotta, our own produce for added flavor to the filling, and leaving options endless!

Noodle Class
Use Your Noodle! Summer rolls with rice noodles are delicious and refreshing, but also packed with protein, flavor and vegetables! We'll teach you the technique of working with rice paper, but your creativity is up to you to explore with sauces, seafood, chicken and vegetables. Also in this class we will learn about bone broth and you'll make your own noodle bowl, an NBB favorite!

Dumplings
Make dumplings start to finish! Veggie or pork, pan seared or steamed. We will make sauces, fillings, and have lots of fun with this classic Asian art!

Sushi
In this class we will touch on many aspects of the art of sushi! Proper rice cookery, knife skills, ingredient selection, and practice rolling maki. While we provide the ingredients, the creation of rolls is entirely up to you! Explore vegetable combinations, enjoy shrimp, and expand your taste buds with raw fish.

Cooking Techniques- Pan Sear
Lets get back to basics and learn how to properly pan sear. Together we practice with seafood working one scallop at a time if needed until you are comfortable executing this technique. Pan searing can be intimidating using high heat, stainless pans, and expensive ingredients. But you'll leave this class confident and ready to rock it in your own kitchen!

Special Events - Floral Design
We love working with our local friends utilizing their own expertise! We teamed up with Sharing Joy Flower Farm for a Mother's Day Tea Event where participants were able to learn about flowers and create their own arrangements in a tea cup. We also had a tea tasting, and a mini "high tea" event with delicious food.
